Hi, I’m Casey Rials, a sales and marketing strategist specializing in demand generation, lead optimization, and sales enablement for renewable energy and B2B technology companies. My career began at memoryBlue, a leading B2B sales and lead generation company that helps high-tech firms tackle sales development challenges. This foundation gave me deep expertise in outbound sales, prospecting strategies, and pipeline development.
I then spent four years at Stem, helping to transform the company from a private firm focused on small commercial & industrial (C&I) projects into a publicly traded company with over 5 GW and 25 GW of storage and solar, respectively. While at Stem, I played a key role in building and launching the company’s demand generation function, scaling marketing outreach across multiple verticals, and driving sales pipeline growth through integrated marketing strategies. I also led the formation of an SDR team, overseeing hiring, training, and process development, while evaluating and implementing sales tools.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a data-driven, hands-on approach to sales and marketing alignment. I don’t just build strategies—I help implement them, ensuring businesses have scalable systems for lead generation, CRM optimization, and multi-channel marketing execution.
