About Me

Hi, I’m Casey Rials—founder of CRSM Solutions and a strategist with deep experience in building scalable, revenue-generating systems for high-growth B2B teams. I’ve worked across the sales and marketing spectrum, from cold calling as an SDR to launching full-scale demand generation functions at a public energy tech company. Now, I help companies like yours align sales and marketing, streamline their processes, and turn interest into qualified pipeline.

My Background

I started my career at memoryBlue, a leading B2B sales development firm, where I learned what it really takes to break into accounts, craft compelling outreach, and consistently exceed pipeline goals. From there, I joined Stem, Inc., an energy storage and software company, where I helped scale the sales development function from the ground up.

At Stem, I played a key role in the company’s evolution—from selling to small C&I customers to supporting large portfolios across enterprise solar and storage. I built and managed a team of SDRs, designed outbound campaigns, implemented lead qualification frameworks, and helped align marketing and sales under a unified demand gen strategy. During my time there, I consistently exceeded pipeline goals (125%–135% to target) and helped build repeatable systems the team still uses today.

Why CRSM Solutions?

I launched CRSM Solutions to help other growing companies bridge the gap between marketing, sales development, and RevOps. Most teams are generating leads—but converting them into opportunities takes more than a good email. You need structure, messaging that lands, systems that scale, and processes that work across teams.

That’s where I come in. Whether you need:

  • An SDR playbook that actually gets used,

  • A CRM that reflects real activity,

  • Or a smarter approach to outbound engagement—

I can help you build it, train your team to run it, or manage it myself.

Let's Work Together

Whether you’re just starting to build your demand gen function or you’re ready to optimize what’s already there, I’d love to chat.
